| 摘 要： | 在综合考虑我国国情、道路运输业的现状、公路建设行业的特性并且在借鉴国外经验的基础之上,提出在路网规划时应充分考虑影响运输的因素和为运修路、树立路为运输服务的观念,可更好地发挥运输在道路与经济之间的纽带作用.

| Abstract: | Based on consider of China economy, the condition of road transportation, the characteristic of road construction and foreign experience, putting forward the new concept that we should construct the road for transportation and keep in mind that the road is service for transportation and consider the factors affecting transportation while constructing road and making highway network program. Thus, the transportation can fully play the link function between the road and the economy. |
