道路交通气象环境能见度检测器检测方法研究

摘    要:采用理论研究与室内外试验相结合的方法,通过搭建室内外检测试验环境,研究选取适用于道路交通气象环境检测的标准设备,开展被检设备与标准设备的对比试验,研究多级能见度环境条件下的能见度检测方法及流程,系统性地规定了检测设备、检测条件、实验室检测、外场检测、测量范围检测、分辨力检测等。本研究成果纳入行标《道路交通气象环境能见度检测器》(JT/T 714—2008),并升级为国标(计划号:GB2010IM90--T-469)。

Abstract:Based on the method of theoretical and experimental research, this paper establishes the indoor and outdoor detection environment. And the suitable standard device is studied and chosen. At the same time, the comparison test between the device under test and standard device are done. Finally, the testing method and the detection process of visibility meter are put forward for multi-level visibility condition de- tection. This study specifies detection device and condition, indoor and outdoor detection method, measur- ing range detection method, and resolution detection, etc. Furthermore, the result has been incorporated into the national standard of "Road weather environment--The visibility meter" (Plan No. GB 20100490 --T-469).
