散装液体化学品泄漏的模糊评定与应急对策

摘    要:随着国际航运的进一步发展,液体散装化学品运输量日益增加,如何提高散装液体化学品运输的安全性,减少运输过程中对海洋环境的污染,是船舶载运散装液体化学品所面临的首要问题.运用模糊数学模型对散装液体化学品运输过程中泄漏物的危险度进行评定,并提出相应的应急对策,对在散装液体化学品的运输过程中,如何加强决策的科学性,提高运输质量,进一步保护海洋生态环境具有一定的指导作用.

Abstract:With the further development of international shipping, the conveyance quantity of the bulk liquid chemicals increases quickly. How to raise the conveyance safety of the liquid bulky cargo liquid chemicals, to reduce the pollution of ocean environment, has become a principle question of the bulk liquid chemicals. Fuzzy mathematics model is applied for evaluation of the dangerous degree of the bulk liquid chemicals leak, and the counterplans are put forward, which are helpful for strengthening scientific decision-making, improving transportation quatity and further protecting ocean ecology environmental during bulk liquid chemicals transportation.
