| 摘 要： | 首先，对能见度与视距之间的关系进行分析，然后，通过在驾驶舱进行一系列的模拟试验，研究平直路段上不同能见度下车辆的运行速度变化趋势。最后，通过大量的实地采集数据，采用统计回归方法建立在视距受限时双车道公路运行速度预测模型。研究结论为运行速度设计方法研究建立理论基础。
