| Abstract: | The research topic of Intelligent Transportation System is how to contact the modern high tech-nology with traffic. The paper expatiates on the function and essentiality of ITS in urban traffic management based on actual condition, proposes some suggestions in allusion to the status of traffic in China, and discusses the de-velopment prospect of ITS. |
