利用既有铁路发展城市轨道交通的可行性分析

为缓解城市道路交通日益拥挤的问题,克服因轨道交通系统建设的高昂费用而使地方政府面临的财政难题,可以利用既有铁路发展城市轨道交通.分析目前我国既有铁路未能参与城市轨道交通的原因,并根据目前我国铁路枢纽内部部分既有铁路运输能力富裕的实际情况,借鉴国外经验,分析利用既有铁路发展城市快速轨道交通的技术可行性和经济可行性问题.

Feasibility Analysis on Utilizing Existing Railway to Develop Urban Rapid Rail Transit

In order to relieve the problems of urban road traffic jam, avoid the difficult financial problem brought by the high cost of rail transit system construction the local governments face, the existing railway can be utilized for developing urban rapid rail transit. The paper analyzes the causes that the existing railway of China has not involved in urban rapid rail transit, moreover analyzes the technical and economic feasibility of utilizing existing railway to develop urban rapid rail transit according to the practical situation that the traffic capacity of some existing railway in railway hinge is rich with using of foreign experience for reference.
