摘    要:车辙是我国高速公路沥青路面典型病害之一,一直以来都是国内外研究的焦点问题,特别是山区高速公路长大纵坡路段上车辙尤为明显.通过对提高沥青混合料抗车辙性能途径的分析,提出从采取多级嵌挤密级配设计法和提高沥青结合料的性能两个方面入手进行抗车辙沥青混合料的设计,并以汕昆高速公路安龙互通连接线为例进行长大长纵坡运煤重载路段抗车辙沥青混合料的性能验证和工程施工实践.室内试验和工程实践结果表明,掺加RA抗车辙剂后沥青混合料的动稳定度得到了很大程度地提高,其动稳定度是普通沥青混合料的10倍以上,而且RA抗车辙沥青混合料的水稳定性能也优于普通沥青混合料,因此其在改善基质沥青混合料高温性能的同时,还能明显提高其抗水损害的能力.

Abstract:Rutting is one of the typical diseases in expressway asphalt pavement, which has always been the focus of research at home and abroad. The ruts are particularly evident on longitudinal slope section of freeway at mountain area. By the analysis on the pathway of improving the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture, the paper proposes the design of anti-rutting asphalt mixture from two aspects that are muhi-level embedded squeeze of dense-graded design methods and improving the performance of asphalt binder. Taking Shantou-Kunming Freeway along connecting line for example, the paper verifies the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture of long longitudinal heavy coal section and conducts engineering practice. Laboratory and engineering practice re- sults show that the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture has been greatly improved after mixed RA anti-rutting a- gent, its dynamic stability is more than 10 times as much as the ordinary asphalt, and its water stability, better than ordinary asphalt mixture. Therefore, the asphalt mixture after mixed RA anti-rutting agent can improve the high temperature properties of asphalt mixture, at the same time it also significantly improve its ability to resist water damage.
