杨家岭隧道光面爆破施工技术探析

摘    要:鉴于杨家岭隧道光面爆破效果获得好评,就其光面爆破施工方案、爆破器材选择、光爆设计、施工控制等加以总结.杨家岭隧道光面爆破施工表明,钻孔精度对隧道超欠挖影响最大,其次为爆破技术、施工管理、测量放线、地质条件变化等,此外施工中理论应与实际相结合.“导爆索-继爆管微差起爆法”中,在相同的钻爆参数情况下,光面爆破质量比“非电塑料毫秒延期雷管”的光面爆破质量好.

Abstract:Given the Yangjialing tunnel smooth blasting effect received, this paper summarizes the construetion scheme, blasting equipment selection, smooth blasting design and construction control. Yangjialing tunnel smooth blasting shows that the drilling precision has greatest impact on tunnel overbreak, followed by blasting technique, construction management, survey, geological conditions. Moreover, the theory should be combined with the actual in construction. In "The detonating cord-Detonating relay millisecond blasting method", at the same drilling and blasting parameters, the smooth blasting can get better construction quality than the method of "nonelectric plastic millisecond delay detonator".
