联网收费ETC防逃费技术研究

近年来，在我国高速公路交通量不断增加的情况下，联网收费ETC系统受到社会的高度重视。其在高速公路收费站中的广泛应用，有效解决了高速公路车辆收费舞弊问题，实现了半自动化的联网收费模式。但是联网收费ETC系统欺诈行为的出现，导致车辆逃费现象频繁发生。鉴于此，对该欺诈行为进行简单的分析，并提出相应的处理措施。

Technology to Prevent Toll Evasion from Network TollCollection ETC System

In recent years, with the increasing traffic volume on expressways, the network toll collection ETC system has attracted high attention from the society. Its wide-spread application in the toll stations on ex- pressways has effectively solved the fraud problem of toll collection from vehicles and realized the semi-automatic mode of network toll collection. But the occurrences of frauds in the network toll collection ETC system have led to the frequent happenings of the toll evasion phenomena. Given this, it analyzes the frauds prevalent in the net- work toll collection ETC system and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to deal with them.
