摘    要:钢管拱肋加工预制作为钢管混凝土拱桥施工中的一道关键工序,其加工预制的质量应引起足够重视.条件许可的尽量采用在工厂进行,而像太平湖大桥这样大型的桥梁和钢结构加工,在现场完成的并不多见。因此它的现场预制技术可供今后类似的桥梁施工提供参考。

Abstract:As a key working procedure in concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, the quality of manufacturing and precasting of steel tube arch rib should be paid much attention, and should be manufactured in factories do the best we can if conditions permitted. However, the manufacturing of bridge construction and steel structure as large as Taipinghu bridge has to be carried out at working site which is seldom, therefore its precasting technology can provide reference for similar constructions in future.
