沥青热再生配合比设计研究

摘    要:从环保及资源节约角度,分析热再生沥青混合料配合比设计的方法,其中包括对旧路沥青混合料进行抽提后所得原材料的试验、不同掺量再生剂的沥青性能试验、不同部位旧路沥青混合料的各项性能检验、热再生沥青混合料的性能检验,结果表明,热再生沥青混合料是一种切实可行的、能够节约成本和能源并达到路用性能要求的沥青混合料,其配合比设计须结合实际进行。

Abstract:The mix design method of hot recycled asphalt mixture is studied from the angle of environment protection and resource saving. Lots of laboratory tests are carried on, including raw material tests of old road, asphalt mixture performance tests in different parts of old road, and the effect tests of recycling agent in different content on asphalt. The test results show that hot recycled asphah mixture must be designed based on the actual project. Hot recycled asphalt mixture is a kind of practical, cost and energy saving material that can satisfy the request of pavement performance.
