公路特长隧道通风与照明系统协同集约化设计探索

摘    要:为了降低公路特长隧道通风与照明系统设施总规模和工程全寿命周期成本,以浙江杭绍台 高速公路陈家山特长隧道为依托,提出通风系统与照明系统协同设计的理念,即适应通风烟雾浓度、按需配置照明灯具光源类型。采用LED+高压钠灯的混合光源方式,隧道末端的烟雾浓度指 标要求可以提高,而隧道需风量相应可降低约17%。在此基础上,积极采用互补式通风模式,利用下坡隧道中的低浓度空气去稀释上坡隧道中的污浊空气,实现相邻隧道通风负荷的均衡。相对于优化之前采用的单竖井送排通风模式及纯LED光源类型,隧道通风照明系统总安装功率下降30%以上,从而有效提高了特长公路隧道通风系统设施规模的集约化水平,为减少今后运营期间的设备闲置打下良好基础。

Abstract:In order to reduce the scale and whole life cycle cost of ventilation and lighting system of highway extra-long tunnel, taking Chenjiashan Tunnel of Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Expressway as a background project, a concept of collaborative design including both ventilation system and lighting system was put forward. That meant allocating different light source types according to smoke concentration. Adopting the mixed light source of LED and high-pressure sodium vapour lamp would contribute to increasing the index of smoke concentration and decreasing the ventilation demand by 17%. Furthermore, a complementary ventilation mode, which led low concentration air in the downhill tunnel to the uphill tunnel to dilute its foul air, was adopted to balance the ventilation loads of two adjacent tunnels. Compared with a tunnel with a single shaft ventilation and LED light source type, the total installed power decreased by more than 30%. As a result, the intensive ventilation system facilities laid a good foundation to reduce the idle equipment during the future operation.
