| 摘 要： | 乘客服务设施是公共汽电车站设施的主要组成部分。乘客在公交出行过程中的空间需求与特性是乘客服务设施设计的基础。根据国内外对乘客基本特性的研究，提出适应公交乘客服务设施的“标准乘客”特性，并给出主要乘客服务设施服务能力的设计方法．可为乘客服务设施设计标准提供参考。

| Abstract: | Passenger service facilities are important components of the facilities in bus stations, the design of which is based on the space requirements and characteristics of passengers in the process of bus travelling. According to research on passenger characteristics at home and aboard, the characteristics of ＂design passenger sign sign method of service capacity that adapts to passenger service facilities are presented. The depassenger service facilities can be used as reference for the destandards of passenger service facilities. |
