尾气污染对自行车出行选择的影响研究

摘    要:为了解机动车尾气对自行车出行的影响,首先在出行者离散选择模型效用函数基础上,引入尾气污染效用项.然后提出尾气污染规避附加时间的概念,并基于调查数据给出不同道路空气质量等级下尾气规避附加时间的计算方式.建立考虑尾气污染效用项的自行车网络分配模型,最后通过算例分析效用函数修正前后自行车流网络分配的差异。这对于研究自行车路径选择行为以及合理规划自行车道路资源具有一定的意义。

Abstract:In order to get to know the vehicle emissions on cyclists' route decisions, emissions pollution utility items are introduced on the basis of utility function of discrete choice model of cyclists, then proposing a new definition of the vehicle extra time at different air quality levels through highway survey and setting up bicycle network assignment model with regards of the utility of vehicle emissions. Finally, a network assignment numerical example is with the consideration provided to of the utility compare the difference between the bicycle of vehicle emissions and that without this consideration. It is significant to cyclists' route decisions and rational assignment of highway resources.
