环氧沥青防水粘结层在水泥混凝土桥面铺装中的应用

长期以来，水泥混凝土桥面铺装早期破损一直是困扰工程界的难题。材料试验和力学分析表明。相当多的桥面铺装早期损坏都与防水粘结层的功能过早丧失有关。故以胶粘剂理论为基础，从高聚物的角度分析环氧沥青的材料属性和材料界面的粘附强度，采用剪切、拉拔等试验对环氧沥青防水粘结层进行试验检验，通过防水粘结材料的流变特性、蠕变特性及混合粘度等因素对粘附强度的影响进行分析。结果表明，环氧沥青材料是一种良好的防水粘结材料。

Application of Epoxy Asphalt Waterproof Adhesive Layer in Concrete Deck Pavement

Early damages existing in the concrete deck pavement has long been a difficult problem in this field. The probe into material test and mechanical analysis show that early damages of concrete deck pavement is relevant to the disappearance of the function of waterproof adhesive layer. Based on theory of adhesive, the properties and the interface adhesive strength of epoxy asphalt are analyzed in the viewpoint of high polymer. The performance of epoxy asphalt waterproof adhesive layer is tested with direct shear experiment, pull-out experiment and so on. Finally, it is analyzed that the waterproof adhesive material influences on adhesive strength in terms of theological property, creep property and mixture viscosity. Results show that epoxy asphalt material is a good waterproof adhesive one.
