碳纤维布加固梁式桥施工探讨

摘    要:碳纤维质量轻、抗拉强度高、耐腐蚀、抗老化,有着优异的力学性能,用其加固补强混凝土结构施工简单便捷,在桥梁维修加固中得到了广泛的应用。碳纤维加固修补结构技术是继加大混凝土截面、粘贴钢板之后的又一种新型的结构加固技术。在对碳纤维加固梁式桥的机理及受力特点进行介绍的基础之上,就其施工所用材料、施工工艺深入分析,并给出有益的施工建议,对于碳纤维布加固技术的应用推广具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Carbon fiber has strong strength, corrosion resistance and anti-aging, having excellent mechanics performance. Reinforcing concrete structure with it is simple, thus it has got widespread application in bridge reinforcement. It is a new type of reinforcement technology after such technologies as increasing concrete cross-section, sticking steel. The principle of reinforcing girder bridge with carbon fiber sheet and stress characteristics are introduced. Then the material and construction technology are analyzed. It is of great significance to the application and popularization of this technology.
