| Abstract: | Highway engineering project bidding in Henan Province covers the whole process of design,construction and supervision. The coverage area of bidding is being further widened and extended. By rectifying the highway engineering construction market and strengthening the investigation and penalty to the illegal activities and violations on regulations in engineering construction industry in Henan Province,an effective guarantee for the further normalization of bidding system is provided. |
