| Abstract: | The tender assessment methods in ＂Domestic Sample Bidding Documents under Highway Engineering＂ Version 2003 and Version 2009 are compared from three aspects.It is thought that Version 2009 is of more convenience in the construction practice and maintains the fair and equitable competition in highway construction market. |
