| 摘 要： | 和谐的城市交通，要求根据城市不同的规模、结构布局和土地利用特性等，大力优先发展公共交通，合理适量的发展私人汽车，创建一个能够减轻交通拥挤、减少交通污染、节约能源、有利于城市环境、由多元化城市交通工具所组成的可持续发展的城市交通体系。
