| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着陕西、甘肃、内蒙古煤炭资源的开发,地处鄂尔多斯腹地的包神铁路运量逐年增加,由1989年最初设计的500万t,上升至2010年的13795万t。运输能力已达到超饱和状态,无法满足当前年运量以及长远规划的要求,针对此现状,此文通过深入研究给出在现有条件下包神铁路挖潜提效措施和万吨扩能改造方案,进一步提升包神铁路运能。
