| 摘 要： | 合同能源管理（EMC）是一种新型的能源管理模式。结合合同能源管理在北美、欧洲、日本、中国的发展现状,介绍了合同能源管理模式在我国工业、建筑业和交通运输业的运用,分析合同能源管理模式在我国的发展过程中存在的问题并提出了相关对策。

| Abstract: | Energy management contract（EMC） is a new type of energy management.This article describes the development status of energy management contract in North America,Europe,Japan and China,introduces the applications of EMC in China′s industry,construction and transportation,analyzes the problems existing in the development of EMC in China,and proposes corresponding countermeasures. |
