| 摘 要： | 提出一种将基于土地利用的交通需求预测模型与交通尾气排放模型相结合的方法：首先利用交通规划软件Cube连接土地利用与交通,然后结合美国环保局的MOVES尾气排放模型研究交通尾气排放。这种方法可以从宏观上研究土地利用变化对环境的影响,也可以基于环境的变化对土地利用进行评价。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new method combining traffic demand forecast based on land use with vehicle emission model.First,the traffic planning tool,CUBE,is used to link land use and traffic,and then the vehicle emission is studied based on MOVES Model proposed by U.S.Environmental Protection Agency.The method can be used to study the impacts of land use on environment,and also can evaluate land use program based on environmental change. |
