| 摘 要： | 从综合交通规划的实体规划和制度规划两个基本方面进行分析,针对发展规划特点,形成＂十二五＂综合交通发展规划基本方法,并以丽水市＂十二五＂综合交通发展规划为例进行分析,显现了该方法在实际规划项目中的实用性与可操作性。

| Abstract: | Aiming at planning characteristics of development,the paper analyzes the entity planning and system planning of comprehensive transportation planning,forms the basic methods of 12th Five-Year Plan for comprehensive transportation planning,and takes 12th Five-Year Plan of comprehensive transportation plan of Lishui City as an example.The feasibility and maneuverability of the method in the actual planning are verified. |
