公路工程造价与管理探析

当前,我国交通基础建设发展迅速,工程项目投资不断增大,有效控制与管理好工程项目造价尤为重要。针对工程投资决策阶段、设计阶段、发包阶段及建设项目实施阶段的现状,通过对建筑施工企业如何加强工程造价管理和目前工程造价存在的问题及其控制进行探讨,得出结论：为有效地控制建设工程造价,不但要重视和加强项目决策阶段的投资估算工作,而且要明确概预算工作反映的实质,促进合理使用建设资金,同时也要对工程造价中的众多预算和造价实行一体化管理。

Discussion on Project Cost and Management of Highway

At present,as China′s transport infrastructure develops rapidly and the project investment increases,effective control and management of the project cost is particularly important.On account of the current situation of project investment decision-making phase,design phase,bidding phase and construction phase of project implementation status,according to the discussion of the current problems and their control about how to strengthen the work of project cost management by construction companies,the paper draws a conclusion that： in order to control construction cost effectively,not only do we need to emphasize and strengthen the stage work of the project′s estimated investment decision-making,but also to clearly reflect the substance of work budget to promote the rational use of funds for construction,as well as the integrated management of those various project cost budget and the cost of implementation.
