大管棚超前支护技术在高速公路隧道施工中的应用

摘    要:在高速公路隧道工程施工中,采用大管棚支护技术,可以起到避免围岩软弱坍塌,确保隧道开挖施工作业安全的作用,非常适用于地质断层破碎带、软弱岩性岩层以及裂隙节理发育段的施工作业。分析了大管棚支护施工技术的优点,分别在技术准备、导向墙施作、钻孔以及注浆施工等方面,详细介绍了大管棚支护施工技术,可以为相关工程施工技术管理提供合理的参考。

Abstract:The use of large-pipe-shed poling technology in expressway tunnel construction can avoid col-lapse of weak surrounding rock, ensure the safety of tunnel excavation, which is very suitable for the con-struction in fault fracture zone, weak lithology strata and fracture joint development section. This paper mainly analyzes the advantages of fore-poling construction technique of large-pipe-shed, gives detailed introduction to the fore-poling construction technique of large-pipe-shed from the aspects of technical preparation, guiding wall construction, drilling hole and grouting construction, which will consequently provide reasonable reference for relevant technical management of construction.
