| 摘 要： | 铁路行车调度工作对于行车安全至关重要，虽然借助了先进的控制系统，但是也不能忽视人为因素对安全问题的影响。通过对行车调度日常工作的作业规范和安全问题进行剖析，提出应对行车调度安全问题的具体措施，即应从人、系统、制度、计划等方面入手，提高行车调度的安全性。

| Abstract: | The railway dispatching control is vital for railway traffic safety. Although the aid of an ad-vanced control system is helpful, the impact of human factors on safety issues can not be ignored. Based on the analysis on operating norms and safety of routine dispatching of railway, the paper puts forward cor-responding measures in terms of human, system, institution, plan, etc., in order to advance the safety of railway dispatching. |
