| 摘 要： | 通过分析公路建设和社会经济及两者协调发展的评价指标，结合DEA方法与AHP方法的特点．可建立带有AHP约束锥的DEAHP公路建设与社会经济协调性评价模型，得出协调度的概念和公路建设与社会经济协调性测度的一系列公式。这一研究成果可为公路建设和社会经济协调发展的评价问题提供一种新的方法，对指导区域公路网建设具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the evaluation index of the harmony between highway construction and social economy, and based on the characteristic of DEA method and AHP method, this paper sets up an DEAHP evaluation model of highway eonstruetion and soeial eeonomy with AHP restraint and proposes the coneept harmony degree, and a series of formulas to measure the harmony between highway eonstruction and social economy. The research ean provide a new solution for the evaluation issue of highway building and soeial eeonomy, whieh is of practical signifieanee to the guidance of the regional highway network development. |
