| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,现有的收费还贷公路管理模式的弊端正逐渐显露出来,严重地阻碍了公路建设事业以及社会经济的快速发展,因此,对我国收费还贷公路的管理模式进行研究,不仅具有理论上的意义,而且还具有十分重要的现实意义.
