公路客运的公司化经营模式探析

摘    要:转变经营模式,逐步实现公路客运的公司化、集约化经营是公路客运企业的普遍共识。公司化经营是企业追求利润最大化的必然要求,建立公路客运公司化经营模式,实行对司乘人员的约束与激励机制,采用科技手段监控,有利于发挥市场机制的作用,确保公路运输安全生产。

Abstract:It becomes a consensus for the highway passenger service companies that changing the operation model gradually achieves the corporatization and intensive management. The corporatization management is the certain claim for companies seeking maximum profit, setting up corporatization management model for highway passenger service companies, adopting some Incentive-Restraint Mechanism for drivers and conductors, using some hi-tech methods, which is favorable to play the role of the market mechanism and ensure the security of highway passenger transport.
