| 摘 要： | 基于高速公路ITS对综合利用交通信息的需求，提出构建共用信息平台的设想，并在分析共用信息平台功能的基础上．提出共用信息平台的逻辑结构，且深入研究其信息组织，剖析共用信息平台构建的关键技术，具有较高的实用价值。

| Abstract: | According to the need that expressway ITS comprehensively exploits the traffic information,it is practicable to put forward the thought for constructing the sharing information platform of the expressway ITS, present the logical structure of the sharing information platform based on the analysis of its functions, study deeply the information organizing, and analyzes the key technology for the construction of the sharing information platform. |
