钢渣沥青混合料的马歇尔试验研究

在美国、日本等发达国家,废钢渣已充分应用到工程建设中,其回收率基本为我国的两倍以上。如何将废钢渣科学有效地综合利用到道路工程建设中是一项重要的课题。首先对钢渣沥青混合料进行配合比设计,确定沥青的最佳用量,然后针对沥青混合料的路用性能对其进行车辙试验、马歇尔稳定度试验、劈裂强度试验、浸水马歇尔试验。从试验结果来看,所得数据均满足规范要求的碎石沥青混合料的技术指标,说明钢渣可以作为路面材料使用。

Marshall Test of Steel Slag Asphalt Mixture

In the U.S.,Japan and other developed countries,the waste slag has been fully applied in construction projects.The recovery rates of waste slag in the countries are more than two times higher than that of China.How to utilize waste slag in road construction scientifically,effectively and synthetically is an important issue.Firstly,the mix proportion of steel slag asphalt mixture is designed and the optimum amount of asphalt is determined.Then the road performance of asphalt mixture is tested through rut test,Marshall stability test,splitting strength test,Marshall immersion test and so on.The experimental results show that all the data meet the specifications of asphalt mixture technical indexes,which indicates that the steel slag can be used as road material.
