| Abstract: | In the process of highway construction, land expropriation, removal and settling down, the existing or potential instable and inharmonic factors in every level like owner, design unit,construction unit and households or units relocated due to building demolition are analyzed. Then some pertinent measures for the land expropriation, removal and settling in highway construction are proposed, which help the land expropriation, removal and settling work in highway construction to obtain good social and economic benefit. |
