回弹法专用测强曲线在集美大桥预制箱梁检验中的应用

摘    要:厦门集美大桥预制箱粱采用的是设计强度为C55的高性能混凝土,而利用《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(JGJ/T23—2001)中的标准曲线检测混凝土强度的方法,该桥只适用于抗压强度为10MPa-60MPa的普通混凝土,因此要用回弹法检测C55预制箱梁混凝土的强度,就需按JGJ/T23—2001技术规程的要求,制定集美大桥预制箱梁混凝土专用曲线。

Abstract:Xiamen Jimei Bridge applies the high performance concrete with design strength C55 in its prefabricated box beam concrete. The method that testing concrete's compressive strength by the unified standard curve in "Technical Specification for Inspection of Concrete Compressive Strength by Rebound Method"(JGJ/T 23-2001)can only be used in the ordinary one with compressive strength 10MPaN60MPa. When testing C55 prefabricated box beam concrete's compressive strength by rebound method, it is necessary to draw up special curve for Jimei Bridge according to the technical specifi- cation in JGJ/T 23-2001 .
