摘    要:防抱制动系统(Anti-lock Braking System,ABS)是车辆主动安全装备,工作过程中,系统管路压力呈波动状态。为了建立该系统的压力传递模型,辨识系统参数,提高控制品质,集成柱塞泵、驱动电机等部件来开发ABS波动负载发生装置.同时利用ABS系统试验台架数据对柱塞泵进行选择和校核,有助于驱动电机的合理选择以及驱动电路的设计。

Abstract:ABS is an initiative safe equipment in automobile. The pipeline's pressure of system is fluctuating when working. In order to establish the model of hydraulic characteristics, identify system parameters and improve controlling quality, the device producing fluetuant load of ABS has been de- veloped integrated pump and driving motor. The experiments data obtained from ABS test-bed could be used to choose and verify pump, beneficial to rational selection of driving motor and the design of driving circuit.
