Risk Management Countermeasures on Highway Flood Disasters

In China, it is becoming one of the major natural disasters affecting highway traffic and the development of the national economy that the rainstorm flood occurs frequently. This paper puts forward flood disaster risk management countermeasures of highway in the whole process from four aspects, such as forecast and early warning, emergency disposal, ecological restoration and disaster prevention concept, which is beneficial to disaster prevention and mitigation.
