新型温拌阻燃沥青混合料的阻燃性能分析

摘    要:针对我国隧道的特点,自主研发了温拌剂和复合阻燃剂,制备了新型温拌阻燃沥青混合料。为了探究其阻燃性能,通过验证两种添加剂的相容性,并结合重庆至长沙高等级公路黔江至彭水段试验路对新型混合料进行了室内燃烧试验、室外试验路现场铺筑、钻芯取样。结果表明,其各项性能指标均满足设计要求,验证了该新型混合料优良的阻燃性能,具有良好的市场前景和发展空间。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of tunnels in China, a new type of warmed mix flame retardant asphalt mixture is developed with the invention of warm mixture agent and compound flame retardant. Combined with the test road from Qianjiang to Pengshui on Chongqing-Changsha Expressway, in order to study the flame resistance property, indoor burning experiment, outdoor test road paving and core sample are made after the com- patibility is verified between the two agents. The results show that the various performance indicators meet the design requirements, and the flame retardant capacity is excellent. It has a great future in the market.
