摘    要:针对目前公路养护工程还没有明确的问题,分析公路养护工程两阶段设计总成本和总收益变化情况,同时从投资可行性的角度.利用效益成本比法(BCR)对不同规模下养护工程两阶段设计的需求进行研究,并用线性函数和多项式函数确定两阶段设计的临界点,给出相关的建议值,可为公路养护管理机构提供一个判定养护工程是否进行两阶段设计的标准。

Abstract:In view of the problem not having been solved, the paper analyzes the change of the design gross cost and gross benefit of two-stage design of the highway maintenance engineering. From the point of investment feasibility, the benefit and cost ratio(BCR) is used to analyze the demand of two-phase design of maintenance engineering in different scales. At the same time the critical point is confirmed and its suggestion value of the two-stage design is presented by the linear function and polynomial function. The results provide a criterion of whether the two-stage of the maintenance engineering needs to be bone for highway maintenance and management departments.
