| 摘 要： | 公路建设项目社会经济影响评价立足于项目决策、设计、施工到运营的全过程，将其评价结果与前期评估阶段预期的效益和影响进行对比，以考察项目建设是否达到了预期的目标，提出相应的建议，可为未来同类项目的决策及实施提供借鉴，同时也有助于制定科学合理的区域交通一经济一体化的发展战略。

| Abstract: | The social economy effect estimation of highway construction is based on the total process of decision-making, design and construction of project. By comparing the estimation result with the expected benefit and effect of prophase estimation, we can review whether the project has reached the expected aim or not, and present relative advice, so as to provide reference for similar decision-making and implement of projects. Meanwhile, it is helpful establishing scientific and proper integrative developing stratagem for areal communications and economy. |
