悬臂现浇梁外观质量缺陷成因及预防措施

人们对桥梁工程的外观质量要求越来越高,桥梁工程已将混凝土外观质量作为工程质量评定的重要指标之一.鉴于此,分析了引起悬臂现浇梁外观质量缺陷的原因,结合某大桥连续梁悬臂浇筑施工,介绍了控制桥梁外观质量的措施.实施效果表明,连续梁外观质量得到显著提高,现场各项管理满足标准化管理的要求.

Appearance Quality Defects Causes of Cantilever Cast-In-Place Beam and Preventive Measures

The requirements for bridge appearance quality have become higher and higher, and the con- crete appearance quality has been taken as one of the important indexes assessing the bridge engineering quality. This paper analyzes the causes leading to the appearance quality defects of cantilever cast-in- place beam, introduces the measures of controlling appearance quality combined with the cantilever cast- ing construction of the continuous beam cantilever of one bridge. The implementing results show that the controlling measures can make the appearance quality of continuous beam improve obviously and every on-site management meet the requirements of standardized management.
