基于表面活性技术的温拌沥青混合料压实特性

摘    要:通过对不同温度和温拌剂添加量下温拌沥青混合料和热拌沥青混合料的体积对比,发现基于表面活性技术的温拌沥青混合料能够显著降低沥青混合料的拌和及压实温度,温拌沥青混合料的拌和及压实温度能够降低到130~135℃和120~125℃.通过室内试验得到的温度能够保证温拌沥青混合料在实际施工中得到压实,并且各项指标能够达到热拌沥青混合料的标准.

Abstract:Through volume contrast of warm mix asphalt and hot mix asphalt under different temperature and different additive amount of warm mix additives, the paper finds that warm mix asphalt based on sur- face activity technology can significantly reduce the temperature of mixing and compaction, and the mixing and compaction temperature of warm mix asphalt mixture can be reduced to 130-135 ℃ and 120- 125 ℃. The temperature obtained from indoor test can ensure the compaction of warm mix asphalt mixture in actual construction, and each index can reach the standard of hot mix asphalt mixture.
