出行时间成本的影响因素及模型构造

为分析影响出行时间成本因素间的关系,界定了出行时间成本的概念,分析了影响出行时间成本变化的主要因素,并在此基础上构造出行时间成本模型.根据2014年北京市居民交通方式选择特性问卷调查数据,以“工资法”为计算原则,计算出了2014年北京市居民分方式、分目的的人均出行时间成本,并研究了不同出行方式下的出行时间成本的内在规律,为分析预测居民的出行决策、优化交通方式比例提供了可靠的理论依据.

Major Factors and Construction of Travel Time Cost Mode

In order to analyze the relationship between the factors that influence the travel time cost, this paper defines the concept of the travel time cost, and analyzes the major factors which could impact the changes of the travel time cost. On the basis of these factors, the model of the travel time cost is constructed. With an example with passenger transportation of Beijing, based on ＂wage method＂, this paper com- putes residents＇ person equally travel time cost in Beijing in 2014. The paper also investigated the internal laws of the travel time cost under different kinds of the travel mode, and provided reliable theories for analyzing or forecasting travel decision-making and optimizing the scales of the traffic mode.
