| 摘 要： | 为定量评价交通建设项目的经济效益,需要科学计算货物运输时间价值。通过分析货物运输时间价值的内涵和构成,深入剖析其影响因素,并对以往的货物运输时间价值计算方法和思路作分析评价,进一步基于"理性经济人"理论,运用运输方式(路径)选择对比的分析方法,可提出优化的单类货物运输时间价值和交通建设项目货物运输时间价值的计算思路和方法。

| Abstract: | To appraise quantitatively the economic benefits of traffic construction projects, it is necessary to calculate the time value of freight transport scientifically. First, the content and composition of the time value of freight transport are analyzed, so are its influencing factors. Meanwhile the paper analyzes and appraises the former calculation method and idea of the time value of freight transport. Furthermore, based on the theory of "rational economic person", an analysis method of contrasting transportation way(route) options is utilized so as to propose an optimized calculation idea and method of the time value of single freight transport and of the freight transport of traffic construction project. |
