摘    要:采用有限元软件对不同格栅层位对旧沥青路面加铺层结构应力应变的影响规律进行分析,探索格栅加筋在沥青加铺层结构中的最佳位置.通过计算得出:在只考虑整个加铺层底部的最大拉应力、拉应变的情况下,格栅设置在加铺层底部的抗拉效果比设置在其他层位要好;就沥青加铺层结构整体疲劳寿命来看,格栅铺设在加铺层厚度的1/6处比铺设在加铺层底部更能有效延长加铺层的疲劳寿命;同时通过理论计算得出应力吸收层与格栅加筋联合使用是提高加铺层疲劳寿命的有效方法.

Abstract:The paper analyzes the influencing rule of different positions of grid interlayer on stress and strain of asphalt pavement overlay structure by using finite element software, and explores the optimal position of grid interlayer in asphalt overlay structure. Through calculation, it is educed that: in the case of only considering the maximum tensile stress and tensile strain at the bottom of overlay, the tensile resistance of overlay when the gird is set at the bottom of overlay is better than the other positions; the fatigue life of asphalt overlay can be effectively prolonged when the grid is set at 1/6 of overlay depth than it is set at the bottom of overlay; theoretical calculation shows that the combination of grid and stress-absorbing layer is an effective method to prolong the fatigue life of asphalt overlay.
