调平传感器在摊铺机中的应用

为了克服摊铺机在施工作业中各种因素对路面平整度的影响，现在生产的摊铺机普遍采用能自动调节纵坡和横坡的自动调平电控系统。按调节原理，自动调平装置可分为：开关式自控系统、比例自控系统、比例一脉冲式自控系统。其中，比例一脉冲式自控系统是在开关式自控系统的基础上改进的新型调平方式，它综合了上述两种型式的优点，控制精度高、价格便宜、经济耐用，目前应用广泛。

Application of Leveling Sensor in Paver

In order to overcome the effect of various factors existing in construction operation of pavers on pavement evenness, current pavers commonly use automatic leveling electric control system which can self-regulate longitudinal slope and transverse slope. According to principle of regulation, automatic leveling device can be divided intoswitch type automatic control system, proportion automatic control system, and proportion-pulse type automatic control system. Proportion-pulse type automatic control system is a new type leveling mode, which combines the advantages of the two other types, and it is cheap, economical, durable and is of high control precision, so it is applied widely at present.
