| 摘 要： | 应急车队建设是提高道路运输应急保障能力的重要基础，基于四川省道路应急运输现状，提出道路运输应急车队的构建思路，并从车队建设原则、组建规模、技术、征用方式等方面进行分析，确定具体的“十二五”建设规划指标，以利于四川省道路运输应急工作的有序开展和应急能力的提高。

| Abstract: | The building of emergency fleet is the important foundation to improve the emergency capability of road transportation. Based on the situation of the road emergency transportation in Sichuan Province, this paper proposes the building thinking of emergency fleet of road transportation, analyzes the building principle, scale, technology and the way of requisition, and identifies the indicators of the 12th five-year plan, so as to improve the emergency capability of road transportation in Sichuan Province. |
