水泥乳化沥青砂浆的原料设计及性能研究

摘    要:对水泥乳化沥青砂浆的拌和工艺、配合比的选取、试验数据以及技术参数之间的关系进行系统的对比和统计分析,利用正交试验方法初步确定可行的配合比。通过多次试验,确定水泥、乳化沥青、掺合料、细骨料、表面活性剂、减水剂和铝粉等材料的选取和投料顺序、搅拌速度、搅拌时间及配合比,然后考察各组配比的主要性能指标,对配比进行微调,最终确定最佳配比。

Abstract:This paper systematically compares and statistically analyzes the mixing process, selection of mix proportion, test data and relationship between technical parameters of cement emulsified asphalt mortar, and the feasible mix proportion is initially identified using orthogonal test method. Through numerous experiments, the selection and feeding sequence, mixing speed, mixing time and mix proportion of materials such as cement, emulsified asphalt, admixture, fine aggregate, surfactant, water reducing agent and aluminum powder are determined. Then the key performance indicators of each mix proportion are inspected and the mix proportion is adjusted. Finally, the best mix proportion is determined.
