摘    要:半刚性基层路面的结构设计受控于半刚性基层层底的拉应力,通过运用正交试验方法。分析路面设计参数对半刚性基层层底拉应力的影响,得出不同参数下的路表弯沉、基层层底拉应力及底基层层底拉应力,并研究其变化规律。研究结果表明:土基模量对路表弯沉的影响最大,其次是基层厚度、底基层厚度和面层厚度.底基层模量是改善基层层底拉应力的最主要的因素,随着它的增大,基层层底拉应力急剧减小。

Abstract:The structural design of semi-rigid pavement is subject to tensile stress on the bottom of semi-rigid type base. Orthogonal test method is applied to analyze the influence to tensile stress at bottom of semi-rigid type base which is caused by pavement design parameters. The deflection on the surface of pavement, tensile stress on the bottom and the subbase course are calculated under differ- ent parameters and the change law is also analyzed. The results show that among the factors that influence the pavement deflection, the most important one is earth pad module, and then thickness of base, thickness of subbase and thickness of surface. The subbase module is the most important factor to improve the tensile strength of base. With subbase module increasing, the tensile stress of base is less.
