混凝土桥面施工工艺及质量控制措施研究

目前,桥面出现小面积损伤和大面积破坏的现象时有发生,这与桥面施工过程中的施工工艺及质量控制措施密不可分。基于多年桥梁施工的经验及对桥面施工工艺和质量控制措施的研究,结合广西岑罗高速公路第五合同段凉亭村高架大桥工程实例,对混凝土桥面施工工艺和质量控制措施进行深入研究,整理出大量的实际操作可行的施工方法和质量管理措施,为类似工程施工提供一定的参考依据。

Concrete Bridge Deck Construction Technology and Quality Control Measures

At present, the small-area damage and widespread destruction of bridge deck usually occur, which is insepa-rable from the bridge deck construction technology and quality control measures. Based on years of experience about bridge construction and the analysis of bridge deck construction technology and quality control measures, the construction technology and quality control measures of concrete bridge deck are studied in depth combining with the project of elevated bridge in Liangting Village at the 5th contract section of Guangxi Cenxi-Luoding Expressway, moreover plentiful practical construction methods and quality control measures are summarized to provide reference for slimmer project construction.
