粉煤灰替代矿粉作填料的沥青混合料低温抗裂性研究

摘    要:粉煤灰是我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一,合理利用具有重要的经济意义和环保价值。由于粉煤灰与石灰岩矿粉性质相似,所以用它替代沥青混凝土中的矿粉填料成为一种可能。以AC—16沥青混凝土为基础,石灰岩矿粉掺量分别为5%、6%、7%,采用粉煤灰完全替代的方法 ,进行低温劈裂试验,研究结果表明:同矿粉相比,掺入粉煤灰后沥青混合料(AC—16)的低温抗裂性能降低。

Abstract:Fly ash is one of larger displacement of industrial waste.Its rational use has economic importance and environmental value.Because fly ash has similar properties with limestone powder,it is possible to use fly ash to replace mineral powder in asphalt concrete.Based on AC-16 Asphalt concrete,the dosage of limestone powder is 5%,6% and 7%.It uses the completely replacement of fly ash to conduct low-temperature splitting test.The result shows that compared with mineral powder,the low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture reduces after mixing with fly ash.
