半刚性基层沥青路面中剪应力点位分布研究

摘    要:为了深入研究半刚性基层沥青路面中剪应力点位的分布,通过建立沥青路面结构力学模型,分析半刚性基层沥青路面结构剪应力在不同层间接触条件下的分布规律,从中得出剪应力最大值对应的点位,然后研究车辆荷载、面层模量和厚度对其点位的影响。结果表明:在不同层间接触条件下,最大剪应力点位在轮胎中心点对应下距路表6cm深度处,由此提出在半刚性基层沥青路面结构及材料设计中对中面层应主要考虑其抗车辙性能。

Abstract:In order to study the shear stress points distribution in semi-rigid asphalt pavement,this paper analyzes semi-rigid asphalt pavement shear stress and tensile stress distribution regulation in different interlayer contact conditions by establishing asphalt pavement structure mechanical model,which draws the maximum shear stress and tensile stress points,and then studies maximum stress point distribution impact by vehicle load,surface layer modulus and thickness.The results show that in different interlayer contact conditions,the maximum shear stress point correspond to the center of the tire,with 6cm depth from the road surface;therefore,it is advised that in the semi-rigid asphalt pavement structure and material design for the surface layer,whose anti-rutting performance should be the main consideration.
